Our Consultants engage directly with our clients on various Procurement and Supply Chain related initiatives, focused on improving efficiency, driving effectiveness and increasing their ability to influence spend and drive value through their organizations. 

The person we select for this role will gain experience through various projects, ranging from small, one-off projects to larger, longer duration projects. Strong analytical & presentation skills (Data Analytics, advanced Excel & PowerPoint) are required.  This person must be able to take direction from individuals at different levels, and produce quality work without detailed oversight. 


Job Description

This position will be responsible for supporting and leading work streams within various client projects, such as: operational and opportunity assessments, strategic sourcing, spend analysis and other procurement and supply chain consulting activities for various consulting and internal projects. Consultants report directly to an Executive for general firm oversight, and to a Project Manager for each project.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and support work streams (role will depend on experience level), for example:

  • Supply chain and procurement assessments: interviewing, modeling and analytics, report writing
  • Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: scoping, market and supplier research, RFx (development, management and evaluation), negotiations
  • Internal: benchmarking, client research, proposal development and other internal projects

Developing technical efficiency with spend analysis and visibility tools, to scope opportunity assessments, e.g. create spend analyses, determine baseline spend and calculate realized savings from sourcing events.



Depending on experience, annual compensation range is $60-100K plus bonus.



  1. 1-5 years previous consulting experience with top tier consulting firm
  2. Expert level skills with financial analysis, data analysis, MS Excel (including pivot tables), creating charts and graphs, and creating MS PowerPoint presentations
  3. Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent, from a top tier school


Preferred Background / Experience

  1. Previous experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
  2. Recent graduates with relevant (e.g. Procurement / Supply Chain) internship experience will be considered
